Michelle Guild is a nurse practitioner who was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. She received her Bachelors of Nursing degree from Marquette University and her Family Nurse Practitioner graduate degree from Loyola University School of Nursing.
Prior to joining MDHN, Michelle had been practicing in gastroenterology at a large academic center with a focus in interventional gastroenterology and inpatient acute care. She also has an expertise with gastrostomy tubes.
Michelle is an active member of the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Advanced Practice Provider Association and the American College of Gastroenterology.
Michelle believes that, “As a nurse practitioner, I am passionate about providing high quality, patient-centered care to help patients meet their gastrointestinal goals. I strive to enhance the wellbeing of my patients by not only considering the physical aspects of health but also the emotional, social, and psychological dimensions.”
In Michelle’s free time, she loves to read, exercise, cook and travel.
