Christina Valdivia is a Nurse Practitioner who was born and raised in Chicago. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate education at Loyola University.
Prior to joining MDHN, Christina gained extensive experience working as an ICU RN, specializing in Medical and Trauma-Surgical ICUs. Following that, she worked in gastroenterology since 2015, bringing a strong clinical foundation to her practice. As a nurse practitioner, she has a clinical focus on general gastroenterology and inpatient acute care.

Christina is passionate about educating and empowering her patients, helping them take charge of their health and improve their quality of life. She believes in providing patient-centered, team-based care that focuses on improving outcomes and enhancing access to quality healthcare.
In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and traveling. Her children play volleyball, baseball, and football, which keeps her very busy cheering them on.
