Dr. Allen Rosenbaum is from Chicago, IL and graduated from University of Illinois-Champaign, earning a B.S. in psychology. He obtained his medical degree from University of Illinois. He completed his internal medicine residency training at Lutheran General Hospital and gastroenterology fellowship training at Rush Presbyterian Saint Luke’s Medical Center.
Dr. Rosenbaum is a board-certified gastroenterologist who specializes in general gastroenterology and
colon cancer screening, as well as endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures. He has leadership experience on a hospital board of directors as well as medical staff president at a local hospital.
Dr. Rosenbaum “strives to treat every patient as if they were a member of my own family. It is very important to give my patients enough time to be sure they had an opportunity to explain their concerns and to receive an answer from me that makes sense to them.”
In Dr. Rosenbaum’s free time, he sits on the board of directors at Northbrook Community Synagogue. He and his wife really enjoy spending time with their granddaughter.
